Summer reading program for grades 5 and up. Workshop #1 - Change your clothes! Thursday, June 12th, 3pm to 5pm. This workshop will feature cool techniques for transforming your wardrobe! You supply a T-shirt or pair of jeans you want to "makeover" and we supply the craft materials and help with the project. Workshop #2 - Change your body! Thursday, July 10th, 3pm to 5pm Find out how yoga and other forms of exercise can make a real difference in your body. Learn some relaxation techniques from certified yoga instructers that you can use to reduce stress and increase flexibility. Workshop #3 - Change your diet! Thursday, July 31st, 3pm to 5pm If you like to eat and want to learn more about food and cooking, this workshop is for you! Learn about smart food choices and the tricks of reading labels when you shop. Prepare your own healthy snacks and enjoy them with your friends!
