All businesses operating in the City of Farmington are required to have an annual business license for each of its locations. If you are opening a new business, buying an existing business, or transferring a business to your ownership, you must apply for a new business license under your name.
$50.00 for the first year (Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st)
$25.00 for a renewal

Application is available at City Hall. Application and payment for license must be submitted and approved before opening of business.
